Where To?
Child safety standards
Effective date: July 8, 2026
Where To? is a social app for sharing plans with friends. We do not allow any use of the app to exploit, harm, sexualize, contact, groom, or endanger children.
Prohibited content and conduct
Where To? strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to:
- any content, behavior, or account activity involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
- sharing, requesting, promoting, or distributing CSAM
- grooming, coercing, blackmailing, or attempting to sexually exploit a minor
- sexualized content involving minors or people who appear to be minors
- using Where To? to locate, contact, harass, stalk, or endanger children
Reporting safety concerns
Users can report safety concerns in the app from a user profile using the report flow. Reports are reviewed and may result in account restrictions, removal, or escalation.
Anyone — including people without an account — can also report child sexual abuse material through our public report form, anonymously if preferred.
Urgent child safety concerns can also be sent to our designated contact address: hello@wheretoapp.nl.
Enforcement
When we become aware of CSAE, CSAM, or conduct that may endanger a child, we may take action including:
- restricting, suspending, or terminating accounts
- removing access to offending content or activity where applicable
- preserving relevant information where legally required or permitted
- reporting confirmed illegal material or activity to the relevant authorities where required by law
Legal compliance
Where To? complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities and maintain processes to respond to child safety reports.
